Skin calligraphy

Diverse images of improvisational calligraphy. A broad-nib indelible marker can create convincingly-looking lettering and calligraphy over skin. It even can last a few days, giving the appearance of a tatoo. Gothic styles are especially suitable for this kind of improvisational, recreational calligraphy. Some were made over the calligrapher’s own skin. All images are from diverse events, shows, lectures and conferences; candid photos from diverse places and times.
